RDR Kennels Requirements

All owners who drop off a pet need to fill out a General Information Form. You can download this form HERE.

If you need RDR Kennels staff to administer any medications during your pet's stay with us, you will need to fill out a Medication Administration Sheet. You can download this form HERE.

RDR Kennels requires that all pets coming in for boarding OR grooming must be up-to-date on all vaccinations. This is for the safety of your pet as well as all of the other pets we have boarding in our facility.

In addition:

• Dogs must be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and 6-month Bordetella (Canine Cough or Kennel Cough).
• Cats must be vaccinated against Rabies, Feline Leukemia, and Feline Distemper.

***Make sure we have ALL of your pet's vaccine information BEFORE you plan to leave your cat or dog with us!
